I've read your new product PC and Internet learning guide for senior citizens.
As one who is rapidly approaching that exalted state I was more interested than usual in the subject.
I consider myself internet wise, but remember what I learned as a teacher - just because you know something well, do not assume that the student knows it. A lot of times in my lessons I had to stop myself from assuming that what I thought was pretty simple would be simple to my students. Only a sea of blank faces kept bringing me back to this realisation. This product will stop a lot of blank faces!
Roger & Richard, I think you have done a great job with this product, obviously a lot of care has gone into it. I was looking at this kind of product for my seniors' niche, but now realise that I would be re-inventing the wheel - you have done a much better job than I ever could.
